It's conclusive - Reusable Nappies are more environmentally friendly than disposable nappies. The Environment Agency updated their controversial report at the end of 2008.
Reusable nappies can reduce damaging emissions by up to 40%.

HOW TO FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ON THIS BLOG
SEARCH ENTIRE BLOG - there is a search box at the top of this blog, which allows you to search on specific words, such as 'tots' or 'Clwt Twt'
SEARCH BY CATEGORY - - beneath each nappy description on the blog are the categories to which the nappy belongs. All types of nappies and related items now have a label with a description such as
'shaped nappy - requires wrap - sized'
this means the nappy belongs to the category of nappies which are elasticated and don't require folding and which require a separate waterproof cover and have different sizes, to fit different sized babies.
Now you can click on this label and see ALL nappies which fall into this category on one page.

Oh man wish I could afford more of these. Very well made and finnished. Good absorbtion and if you have a word can be made even more absorbent.
In a word Beautiful.
I have one of these, and they are beautiful, well made, with a flap out booster for quicker drying and lots of poppers for adjustability. A must have edition to your nappy collection.
These are beautifully made, neat fitting and come in a variety of beautiful outer fabrics, available with applix or popper closure...only snag is you'll soon want to buy all the different fabric outers!
I prefer fleece lined nappies and LOVEBUMS are one of my favs. We have 6 with all different patterns which add colour to the nappy drawer - monkeys, Nemo, Pooh Bear, Bob Builder.
I pop a fleece topped booster in the pocket and then it will happily last my DS all day.
We have the aplix fastening type - very easy to put on. A soft nappy with fleece edging - soft on DS's thighs and waist. Well made, keep their colour well after washing and dry pretty quickly.
